復(fù)配增稠劑（方便面改良劑）

產(chǎn)品簡介：復(fù)配增稠劑(JT201023-1J, JT201023-2J)-方便面改良劑是采用GB2760《食品添加劑使用衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》中規(guī)定的食品添加劑復(fù)配而成，在方便面制品中能夠與淀粉結(jié)合，形成網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，使面條筋道咬勁足，使表面光滑，顏色均勻光亮，且成品耐泡耐煮性優(yōu)。

執(zhí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：本品執(zhí)行國家衛(wèi)生部2011年發(fā)布并實施的GB26687-2011《復(fù)配食品添加劑通則》，配方通過不發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)的認(rèn)證。

復(fù)配增稠劑(JT201023-1J, JT201023-2J)的主要成分：

聚丙烯酸鈉 瓜爾膠 黃原膠

使用范圍：油炸方便面、熱風(fēng)干燥方便面

添加量：依據(jù)GB2760客戶可按照需求添加，建議客戶在1.0g/kg-3.0g/kg的范圍內(nèi)使用

使用方法：稱取所需數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品，緩慢加入快速攪拌的水中。加入適量堿與磷酸鹽，持續(xù)攪拌30分鐘左右，變成粘稠的水溶液后使用效果最佳。

包裝：25kg復(fù)合袋或纖維紙桶包裝

產(chǎn)品存放條件：貯藏在陰涼、干燥、干凈、通風(fēng)的倉庫中。由于本品極易吸潮，建議取料后及時扎緊包裝袋口。
