產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：本品是采用聚甘油脂肪酸脂、蔗糖脂肪酸脂、大豆磷脂、生物酶制劑等單體乳化劑，經(jīng)過(guò)特殊工藝加工復(fù)配而成，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量指標(biāo)完全符合GB26687-2011《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 復(fù)配食品添加劑通則》以及本公司內(nèi)部企業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用在方便米面制品中，具有保水、穩(wěn)定、乳化作用，可以提高制品的彈性，爽滑度，防止淀粉老化（即使制品吃起來(lái)不出現(xiàn)粘牙等現(xiàn)象），同時(shí)產(chǎn)品還可以一定的保鮮效果，提高制品的貨架期。

產(chǎn)品性能：能與面粉中的面筋蛋白與小麥淀粉形成很好的分子鏈，從而提高制品的爽滑度。

產(chǎn)品使用范圍：方便米面制品等食品行業(yè)

產(chǎn)品添加量：依據(jù)GB2760-2011《食品添加劑使用衛(wèi)生要求》，建議添加本品0.2%-0.40%,產(chǎn)品最佳用量，客戶(hù)可結(jié)合產(chǎn)品自行特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行小試驗(yàn)確定。

使用方法：將本品溶解在適量水中，分散均勻，然后與原料混合均勻即可。

儲(chǔ)存運(yùn)輸：本品為復(fù)配食品添加劑，不得與有毒有害物質(zhì)混存，產(chǎn)品應(yīng)放置于陰涼干燥處。
