產(chǎn)品簡介：復(fù)配增稠劑2-雙皮奶穩(wěn)定劑是采用GB2760《食品添加劑使用衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準》中的優(yōu)質(zhì)親水膠體復(fù)配而成，本品具有很強的親水性并與牛奶蛋白、奶精、水具有很強的結(jié)合作用，本品制作出來的雙皮奶口感滑爽、Q性強、飽滿的特點。

執(zhí)行標(biāo)準：本品執(zhí)行國家衛(wèi)生部2011年發(fā)布的GB26687-2011《復(fù)配食品添加劑通則》，配方通過不發(fā)生化學(xué)反應(yīng)的認證。

參考配方：

將上述配好的雙皮奶粉按雙皮奶粉1：:1果葡糖漿：水9完全溶解攪拌均勻后，加熱煮沸并保持微沸3-5min，完全冷卻凝固后即成了口感滑爽，飽滿十足的雙皮奶。（此配方為參考配方，客戶可結(jié)合自身產(chǎn)品特點調(diào)配）

使用范圍：雙皮奶產(chǎn)品

添加量：依據(jù)GB2760，建議客戶可按0.6%-1.0%(以稀釋的水計)，也可參考上面參考配方，客戶依據(jù)自身產(chǎn)品特點進行小實驗后，確定最佳添加量。

包裝：本產(chǎn)品內(nèi)包裝采用食品級聚乙烯食品袋，外包裝采用五合一編制塑料袋包裝。

產(chǎn)品存放：置于陰涼干燥處，使用完及時包扎，防止吸潮。
