產(chǎn)品簡介：復配增稠劑2-燒仙草穩(wěn)定劑是采用GB2760《食品添加劑使用衛(wèi)生標準》中的優(yōu)質(zhì)親水性膠體復配而成，本品具有很強的親水性并具有很好的凝膠作用,使用本品作的出來的燒仙草具有Q滑的口感。

執(zhí)行標準：本品執(zhí)行國家衛(wèi)生部2011年發(fā)布并實施的GB26687-2011《復配食品添加劑通則》，配方通過不發(fā)生化學反應(yīng)的認證。

1、燒仙草固體飲料參考配方：

將上述配配好的燒仙草固體飲料按（固體飲料1：1白糖：水10）完全溶解后攪拌均勻后加熱煮沸并保持微沸3-5min完全冷卻凝固后即成了口感滑爽，Q感十足的燒仙草。

2、杯裝龜苓膏添加量：0.3%-0.5%（穩(wěn)定劑與白糖混合均勻，然后與淀粉和其他輔料溶解在所需的水中，再按原工藝進行熬煮即可）

使用范圍：燒仙草固體飲料、龜苓膏、燒仙草凍等

添加量：依據(jù)GB2760客戶可按照需求添加，建議客戶可按0.3-0.60%的比例添加

使用方法：將本品與輔料混合均勻后，溶解在水中。

包裝：本品采用無菌鋁膜袋包裝，并用外箱包裝，5KG*4包每箱。
