三、食用方法

1、 熱飲：將拌好的豆花布丁粉：開水（1:6），沖調(diào)溶解后，即可熱飲。

2、 冷飲：將拌好的豆花布丁粉：熱水（1:6），沖調(diào)溶解后，加熱煮沸2-3分鐘，冷卻讓其凝固，即成豆花布丁，即可食用。
