產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：該產(chǎn)品是采用各種磷酸鹽復(fù)配而成，本品是針對(duì)丸子等肉制品研發(fā)的復(fù)配型食品添加劑，該產(chǎn)品用于制品中能很好的結(jié)合肉制品中的肌動(dòng)蛋白和肌球蛋白并能很好的與制品中所使用的淀粉的分子鏈（直鏈與支鏈）有效的架橋，從而使其達(dá)到很好的保水效果和增加口感的效果，提高出品率，產(chǎn)品同時(shí)能鰲合水中的鈣、鎂離子，從而使制品具有更好的彈性。

產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)：本產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量完全符合GB26687-2011《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 復(fù)配食品添加劑通則》要求。

產(chǎn)品性能：結(jié)合肉制品中的肌動(dòng)蛋白和肌球蛋白并能很好的與制品中所使用的淀粉的分子鏈（直鏈與支鏈）有效的架橋，起到保水、增脆效果。

添加量：依據(jù)GB26687-2011《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 復(fù)配食品添加劑通則》以及GB2760-2011《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 食品添加劑使用衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》以及結(jié)合本公司的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，建議添加本品為0.30%—0.50%（以成品計(jì)）。

使用方法：絞肉后，打漿工序使用，慢慢撒入肉漿中，提取肉類蛋白。

儲(chǔ)存：本品容易吸潮，需要防止陰涼干燥處，用完后，及時(shí)包裝。

包裝：本品采用食品級(jí)五合一牛皮紙袋包裝，最小包裝為25公斤每袋。
