產(chǎn)品簡介：冰淇淋乳化穩(wěn)定劑使用卡拉膠和其他水溶性食用膠體及穩(wěn)定劑復配而成的。它集乳化、穩(wěn)定功能于一體，可使脂肪和其它固形物分布均勻，防止乳漿離析和水晶的形成，使冰淇淋的組織細膩，結構良好，滑潤適口和抗融化，從而使冰淇淋的生產(chǎn)過程更加簡單合理，操作方便，有利于質量的控制，大大縮短了老化過程中微生物的繁殖，提高產(chǎn)品品質，降低生產(chǎn)成本，增強產(chǎn)品的竟爭力。

執(zhí)行標準：食品安全國家標準《復配食品添加劑通則》GB26687-2011

使用范圍：冰淇淋、雪糕等冷凍產(chǎn)品
添加量：依據(jù)GB2760，建議添加3.0%-4.0%（以固體飲品計，即添加到奶精、奶粉、葡萄糖等輔料中），做成的冰淇淋粉以1:4的水，經(jīng)過高速剪切后，放入冰淇淋中，即可擠出口感飽滿、滑爽的冰淇淋。

儲存：本品容易吸潮，需要防止陰涼干燥處，用完后，及時包裝。

包裝：本品采用食品級五合一牛皮紙袋包裝，最小包裝為25公斤每袋。
