產(chǎn)品簡介：GLJX-08型助濾劑是一種優(yōu)良的濾堿洗水助濾劑，其無色透明，純度高，在重堿洗水中可有效降低洗水量、提高燒成率、改善母液膨脹，減少物料損失和減輕環(huán)境污染，產(chǎn)出的純堿純度高、含鹽量低、粒度均勻、白度高，是一種經(jīng)濟(jì)效益十分顯著的濾堿洗水助濾劑。

產(chǎn)品特征：GLJX-08助濾劑采用科學(xué)原理制造，其活性官能團(tuán)吸附于結(jié)晶粒表面并破壞其表面液膜，從而降低洗水量。另一方面，顆粒表面吸附疏水基團(tuán)，濾液沿液體與濾餅顆粒的相間接觸表面開始滑動，相間滑動降低了液體與濾餅毛細(xì)管疏水壁的摩擦，因此有效提高了過濾速度，降低了重堿水份和鹽份，提高燒成率，節(jié)約汽耗。

此助濾劑熱分解溫度低于煅燒爐內(nèi)溫度，在煅燒后不會在母液循環(huán)中不會大量積累，因此不會影響系統(tǒng)的生產(chǎn)和平衡。此助濾劑添加裝置簡單，節(jié)能效果和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益顯著，是一種符合純堿生產(chǎn)的優(yōu)良的洗水助濾劑。

產(chǎn)品用量：GLJX-08添加量為150-250ppm時，可有效降低重堿水份，降低洗水當(dāng)量，產(chǎn)出的重堿濾餅手感松軟、不易結(jié)團(tuán)。

包裝貯存：200公斤塑料桶包裝，貯存期為一年。
