復(fù)配米、面制品改良劑

產(chǎn)品簡(jiǎn)介：針對(duì)米、面制品企業(yè)普遍存在的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問(wèn)題：筋道不足、口感不爽滑、不耐煮、易糊湯的問(wèn)題而研發(fā)的復(fù)合米、面制品改良劑。通過(guò)促進(jìn)面筋蛋白與淀粉之間的反應(yīng)來(lái)加強(qiáng)淀粉與面筋蛋白的結(jié)合力，從而使面粉筋力增強(qiáng)，減少淀粉溶出物；通過(guò)使淀粉分子產(chǎn)生交聯(lián)，生成耐高溫加熱的交聯(lián)淀粉，從而增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品的耐煮性，減少可溶性淀粉的析出，不糊湯。

產(chǎn)品指標(biāo)：該產(chǎn)品所使用的食品添加劑單體符合《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 食品添加劑使用衛(wèi)生標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（GB 2760-2014）中的規(guī)定。產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量也完全符合《食品安全國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn) 復(fù)配食品添加劑通則》（GB 26687-2011）的要求。理化指標(biāo)如下：

產(chǎn)品作用：增加面筋的筋力，提高面條的彈性、韌性，防止斷條；使面片表面更加光潔，從而使面條口感爽滑筋道；防止可溶性淀粉的析出，減少面條烹煮時(shí)糊湯；增強(qiáng)產(chǎn)品的耐煮性。

使用范圍及食品分類(lèi)號(hào)：方便米面制品（06.07）、冷凍米面制品（06.08）

最大使用量：4.0/（g/kg）

使用方法：稱(chēng)取所需數(shù)量的產(chǎn)品，慢慢加入攪動(dòng)的水中。持續(xù)攪拌30分鐘左右，變成透明、粘稠的水溶液后使用效果最佳。

儲(chǔ)存：貯藏在陰涼、干燥、干凈、通風(fēng)的倉(cāng)庫(kù)中。由于本品極易吸潮，建議取料后及時(shí)扎緊包裝袋口。
